Nexalis was founded in 2021 by a group of technology professionals and business consultants who recognized a gap in how AI was being introduced to Malaysian businesses. While large enterprises had access to extensive consulting resources, mid-sized organizations often faced a choice between expensive enterprise solutions or attempting DIY implementation with limited guidance.
Our founding team brought together expertise from software engineering, data science, business process analysis, and organizational development. This combination of perspectives shaped our approach from the beginning. We understood that successful AI adoption required addressing both technical and organizational dimensions.
The early projects taught us important lessons about what actually helps organizations succeed with AI. We learned that strategic planning needed to precede technology selection.
